Bowtie Yogurt Florentine

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces uncooked bowtie pasta
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain
  2. Meanwhile, place thawed spinach in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  3. Add all ingredients back to the sauce pan; mix well and heat through.
