In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the onion and pepper and cook for 2 minutes, add the garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute longer. Add the tomato paste and chili powder and cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes.
Add the turkey and cook and stir, breaking up the meat for 4 minutes. Add the chicken broth, beans, and tomato sauce; bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Add the hot sauce and mix well.
Add the pasta noodles to the meat mixture. Combine well and cook for 1 minute. Serve.
