Lay out all 4 tortillas on a work surface. Spread a layer of cheese on 1 half of each tortilla. Next, a thin layer of mushrooms, then bell pepper, now black olives, next, pepperoni slices, and lastly another layer of cheese. Fold over the top portion of the tortilla.
In a large dry skillet, brown 2 pizzadillas at a time for about 3 to 4 minutes on the first side and about 2 to 3 minutes on the second side.
Cut each tortilla into 4 wedges and serve with warmed pizza sauce.
