Remove the leaves from the Bok Choy and cut into ½” strips. Cut the stems into ¼” slices.
In a large skillet; Cook Sesame seeds in oil over medium heat for 2 minutes, until golden brown. Add Bok Choy stems, onions, bell pepper, fish, broth, and pepper flakes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. Cover pan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with teriyaki sauce. Add mixture to fish. Heat to a boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Add Bok Choy leaves and heat until wilted.
Serve over pasta.
