Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 lb mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅓ cup half & half
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms for about 12 minutes.
  2. Stir in the half & half and sherry and cook for 2 minutes.
