Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 cup light mayo
  • 1 cup light sour cream of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 15 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 15 ounce can spinach, drained and chopped
  • 1 8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl combine mayo, sour cream, ranch dressing mix.
  2. Add the artichoke hearts. Spinach, and water chestnuts; mix well
  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
