Spicy Cheese Dip

- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 jalapeno, seeded, minced
- 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 lbs Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 2 cups prepared salsa
- Cook ground beef, onion, jalapenos, garlic and salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Add the beef mixture to crock-pot. Add cheese cubes, soup and milk. Next add 2 cups of Salsa. Stir together. Heat until melted and hot.
