Herbed Parmesan Swai

A very simple but very tastey buttery texture fish swai dish.

Herbed Parmesan Swai

Ingredients
  • 4 Swai fillets
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 garlic glove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. ) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. ) Mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, and cilantro in a small bowl.
  3. ) Place fillets into 11 x 13 glass baking dish.
  4. ) Add lemon juice over the fillets; turn to coat. Let them stand for 10 minutes.
  5. ) Spoon herbed oil mixture over top side of fillets.
  6. ) Sprinkle Parmesan over the fillets.
  7. ) Bake for 15 minutes.

After your fish are thawed out, trim the ends and eges of any “thin” sections so these areas do n ot overcook and become rubbery. Place the fish in a glass baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour lemon juice over swai fillets and turn to coat. Let fish sit for 10 minutes in juice.

Meanwhile, in a glas bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, and cilantro.

Spread herbed oil mixture over the top of the swai fillets.

Next, Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the swai fillets. Cook for 16 minutes.
