- ¾ cups crumbed blue cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayo
- ⅓ cup half and half
Instructions
- Reserve ⅓ cup of the blue cheese. Beat remaining blue cheese and cream cheese on low speed until blended. Add mayo and half and half. Beat on medium speed until creamy. Add remaining blue cheese and combine.
