Turkey Smoked Sausage & Yukon Gold Potato Bake
Easy as it can get Casserole! If you have little time and don’t want to make anything that you have to think about to much give this easy recipe a try. Kid’s will love it also.
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (low sodium)
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, cut in half and sliced
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced thin
- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat large casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all items. Pour into a casserole dish.
- Place baking dish on a cookie sheet and bake for 90 minutes.
Gather up these simple items. Get a big old casserole dish. Spray it with some cooking spray. Pre-heat the oven to 350 and with-in about 10 minutes dinner will be in the oven and you can sit back for a while.
In a large mixing bowl combine everything. That’s it! It could not be easier. Transfer to the casserole dish and place on a baking sheet for extra protection from any dripping.
Bake for 90 minutes in a pre-heated oven and you are all done.
Her you can see the mixture gets nice and bubble and yummy.
Very little mess to clean-up, easy to cook and very good tasting!
