Tom’s Sweet and Savory Salsa

Mix it all togehter and dig in with your favorite diping chips. We like to let our salsa sit for about 1 hour for the flavors to blend well.
Tom’s Sweet and Savory Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained or ½ of a pineapple, chunked
- 1 avocado, shelled, chunked
- 2 mangos, peeled, chunked
- 1 jalapeno, deveined, seeded, small chopped
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 medium apple, cored, chunked
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix everything in a glass bowl and let rest at room temp for 1 hour to blend flavors.
