Creamy Veggie Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped carrot
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup plain Greek or regular yogurt
  • ½ cup light mayo
  • 4 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened
Instructions
  1. In food processors, add the spinach, celery, carrots, green onions, and garlic; process until very finely chopped.
  2. Add the yogurt, mayo, and cream cheese and pulse to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
