Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped carrot
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup plain Greek or regular yogurt
- ½ cup light mayo
- 4 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- In food processors, add the spinach, celery, carrots, green onions, and garlic; process until very finely chopped.
- Add the yogurt, mayo, and cream cheese and pulse to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
