Here are some pictures from using making this dish
We love to mix up the greens we use for salad. This salad has 1/2 Romain letus and 1/2 baby spinach. We made the dressing a few hours before we were ready to eat to give it time to cool off.
In a sauce pan over medium heat, we combined the vinegars and sugar. Cook until the sugar disloves. just a few minutes. DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL!
Remove from heat. Add in the mustard powder and salt. Stir to combine. Add the garlic and stir.
Transfer to a storage container and allow to fully cool.
Divide letteus into serving bowls, add your strawberries to top. Spread some feta cheese and walnuts on each and pour some dressing on each. Serve it up!
