Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 lb mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- ⅓ cup half & half
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms for about 12 minutes.
- Stir in the half & half and sherry and cook for 2 minutes.
