Spinach Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated lemon peel
- 1½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Place spinach, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper lemon juice and lemon zest in food processor and puree.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and combine with yogurt and olive oil.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle cayenne pepper over top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving
