Pizza Style Quesadillas
Pizza topping wraped up in a flour tortilla.
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 turkey pepperoni slices
- 1 medium bell pepper, very thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, very thinly sliced
- 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 small jar pizza sauce
- Lay out all 4 tortillas on a work surface. Spread a layer of cheese on 1 half of each tortilla. Next, a thin layer of mushrooms, then bell pepper, now black olives, next, pepperoni slices, and lastly another layer of cheese. Fold over the top portion of the tortilla.
- In a large dry skillet, brown 2 pizzadillas at a time for about 3 to 4 minutes on the first side and about 2 to 3 minutes on the second side.
- Cut each tortilla into 4 wedges and serve with warmed pizza sauce.

First lay down a small layer of mozzarella cheese on 1 half of the flour tortilla.
Top with some mushrooms.
Nesxt, add some green peppers.
We now added some sliced black olives.
Now pepperoni. We used turkey pepperoni to cut the fat.
Lastly, top with some more cheese.
Fold over the tortilla. Fry in a dry skillet on each side for about 3 minutes on the first side and 1 to 2 minutes on the second side.
Warm up your pizza sauce. Cut the finished quesadills into wedges.
Eat them up. Yummy!
