Ingredients
  • 1 lb tilapia filets, cut into 1” sections
  • ½ lb Bok Choy
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 6 green onions cut into 2” pieces
  • 1 colored bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce
  • 8 ounces hot cooked thin spaghetti
Instructions
  1. Remove the leaves from the Bok Choy and cut into ½” strips. Cut the stems into ¼” slices.
  2. In a large skillet; Cook Sesame seeds in oil over medium heat for 2 minutes, until golden brown. Add Bok Choy stems, onions, bell pepper, fish, broth, and pepper flakes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. Cover pan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix cornstarch with teriyaki sauce. Add mixture to fish. Heat to a boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Add Bok Choy leaves and heat until wilted.
  4. Serve over pasta.
